Thanks to P'Tang I made for my dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cup, mince carrot
- 1/2 white rice flour
- 1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch Flour or tapioca, corn start
- 1 cup shredded coconut (fresh)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
In a large bowl mix white rice flour with Arrowroot Starch Flour, add carrot, and coconut (keep a little bit for garnish), salt,and stir, add sugar and water, then stir well.
Place mix carrot into a small bowl, and garnish with remaining coconut. Steam it in boiling water and use maximum heat for 15 minutes.
