Khanom Carrot



Thanks to P'Tang I made for my dinner.

Ingredients


  1. 2 cup, mince carrot
  2. 1/2 white rice flour
  3. 1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch Flour or tapioca, corn start
  4. 1 cup shredded coconut (fresh)
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 cup water
Preparation
In a large bowl mix white rice flour with Arrowroot Starch Flour, add carrot, and coconut (keep a little bit for garnish), salt,and stir, add sugar and water, then stir well.

Place mix carrot into a small bowl, and garnish with remaining coconut.
Steam it in boiling water and use maximum heat for 15 minutes.
