Garlic butter (Jasmine) rice



This menu is very easy for me. I eat with stir-fried-lemongrass-beef-with-asian greens.


Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Jasmine rice (or white rice)
  2. 1 Tsp, unsalted butter
  3. 1 cup of water or chicken broth or vegetable
  4. 1 clove, garlic mince
Preparation
  1. Add the garlic into the butter, and melt it.
  2. Combine melt butter & garlic with rice in the rice cooker
  3. Add water or chicken broth or vegetable and stir
  4. Cooked, ready to serve.
