ingredients
- 160 gram, Cake flour or แป้งเค็ก (if you use all purpose flour, sift 2 times and take out 3 Tsp)
- 170 gram, unsalted butter (optional for salted butter)
- 170 gram, sugar
- 4 eggs, large
- 1/2 tsp, baking powder
- 4-6 drops PANDAN FLAVOR กลิ่นใบเตย
- 2 drops green, food coloring สีทำอาหาร
- Leave the butter to soften at room temperature or preheat in microwave a few seconds
- Hand Mixer with medium speed butter and sugar until smooth or creamy
- Add 4 egges, but add 2 eggs at the time, and whisk until smooth.
- drops PANDAN FLAVOR กลิ่นใบเตย, and food color
- whisk well with low speed hand mixer
- Add the flour a little at a time, gently whisking with splatter a little bit.
- Line a cake dish with greaseproof paper, pour in the mixture.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees celsius 350 F 30-35 minutes or until gold or use a toothpick to check.
