- 1 cup of chopped Chicken or Pork or Shrimps
- 1/4 cup of White mushroom (sliced)
- 1/2 cooked Pasta noodle (I use Farfalle (barilla))
- 3-4 Tsp. Mushroom alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup Chopped Broccori
- 2 Tsp. milk
- 1-2 tsp
- Garlic powder, Salt, Chives, Basil Peper (for taste)
- Soy sauce
COOK Farfalle according to package directions; drain and put in plate.
Steam broccori a few mins (6-8)
While waiting for farfalle cooking, in big bowl add chicken, last six ingredients (soy sauce, ground black pepper, mince fresh garlic or ground garlic, salt, and chives for taste) mix well.
Melt butter in sauce pan add farfalle (which ready and drain), chives stir a little lay in the plate
While you wait for farfalle ready in iron pan add chopped chicken. Seasoning with peper, garlic powder, salt, chives, basil peper (for taste) stir a little and let it cook.
Lay brocorri on farfalle
In sauce pan add Mushroom Alfredo, add mushroom stir a little bit, and add milk (if you like thick add a little and see) seasoning with garlic powder, basil, chives, peper, salt and stir well
Cooked chicken
Lay chicken in the middle of the plate on top of farfalle
Pour sauce on chicken and broccori and ready to eat.
