Stir-Fried Chicken Liver with Bean Sprouts - ผัดตับไก่ใส่ถั่วงอก

I cooked some Stir-Fried Chicken Liver with bean sprout for lunch while I was waitng for Risotto-Style Strawberry Rice Pudding

Ingredient
  1. 100 g. chicken liver
  2. 1/3 chopped medium onion
  3. 1-1/2 Tsp, olive oil
  4. 1/2-1 Tsp,fish sauce
  5. 2 tsp, sugar
  6. 1 Tsp,oyster sauce
  7. 1 tsp, soy sauce
  8. 1 clove, mince garlic
  9. 1 green onion, chopped
  10. 1/2 red bell pepper (optional)
  11. 100 g. bean sprouts
Direction

Heat oil in a medium saucepan in a high medium heat, add garlic stir until yellow, but not burn, then add chicken liver, and cook until no pink. Add white onion, red bell pepper stir 2-3 mins. Seasoning with oyster sauce, fish sauce,sugar, soy sauce stir a little bit, then add bean sprout quick stir then add green onion, quick stir then turn of the heat, ready to serve with Jasmin Rice. Enjoy it
