Nam Tok Hed, Thai Hed Yang Nam Tok (Waterfall Hed)

Today I cooked some spice thai salad with garlic butter rice.


Ingredients
  1. 1 packed, 8 oz or more, white mushroom+portobello (any kind which look alike), grilled not too dry.
  2. 2 Tsp Roasted Rice "Khao Koor" (order here) I made my self (Just roast rice and use mortar to smash)
  3. 1 Tsp Thai red crush pepper (desire)
  4. 5 clove, thinly slice roast shallot
  5. 1 root, thinly slice roast galangal root (optional)
  6. 1 stalk, slice young lemongrass
  7. 1 stalk, chopped green onion
  8. 1 leave, slice Kaffir Lime Leaf
  9. 2 Tsp, fish sauce
  10. 2 Tsp, fresh lime juice
  11. few leave, leave for garnish

Preparation

In a big bowl, add mushroom,
Roasted Rice "Khao Koor" red crush pepper, shallot, galangal root ,lemongrass,green onion, Kaffir Lime Leaf,fish sauce, lime juice, stir until mix
