Ingredients
- 1 cup, Grated carrots
- 2 Tsp chopped, green bean
- 1/4 cup, chopped plum tomatoes
- 3 Thai chili pepper, smashed
- 1 Tsp Dried shrimp (opt)
- 2 Clove garlic
- 1/4 cup grated pickle cucumber
- /4 cup Fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp, Fermented fish sauce click to see the picture (optional)
- 2 Tsp fish sauce
- 1 Tsp palm sugar
Mix somtom sauce and preheat until everything melt, leave it cool down.
Add garlic and Thai chili into mortar and mash with a pestle until crushed chunks not mince. Place green bean and mash with pestle gently a few times, then add carrot and gently combine, add cucumber and dry shrimps then somtam sauce, combine all ingredients with 2 fork. Serve
