Som Tam carrot (Spicy Carrot Salad)





Ingredients
  1. 1 cup, Grated carrots
  2. 2 Tsp chopped, green bean
  3. 1/4 cup, chopped plum tomatoes
  4. 3 Thai chili pepper, smashed
  5. 1 Tsp Dried shrimp (opt)
  6. 2 Clove garlic
  7. 1/4 cup grated pickle cucumber
Somtam sauce
  1. /4 cup Fresh lime juice
  2. 2 tsp, Fermented fish sauce click to see the picture (optional)
  3. 2 Tsp fish sauce
  4. 1 Tsp palm sugar
Preparation

Mix somtom sauce and preheat until everything melt, leave it cool down.
Add garlic and Thai chili into mortar
and mash with a pestle until crushed chunks not mince. Place green bean and mash with pestle gently a few times, then add carrot and gently combine, add cucumber and dry shrimps then somtam sauce, combine all ingredients with 2 fork. Serve
