This menu is very easy for me. I eat with stir-fried-lemongrass-beef-with-asian greens.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Jasmine rice (or white rice)
- 1 Tsp, unsalted butter
- 1 cup of water or chicken broth or vegetable
- 1 clove, garlic mince
- Add the garlic into the butter, and melt it.
- Combine melt butter & garlic with rice in the rice cooker
- Add water or chicken broth or vegetable and stir
- Cooked, ready to serve.
